Shelter Features

Saferoom and the door are made of ¼” steel plate
Anchored to the inside floor with 5/8” Hilti bolts (Included in pick up price)
Can withstand up to 10,000 psi shear pressure per bolt
These shelters can be installed during new construction, in an existing garage, or on a concrete patio
4 stainless steel pins and a keyed dead bolt for your Emergency organization
Removable vents for emergency exit
Handicap accessible with 36” door
Powder Coated Tough
Robotically welded parts
Can add a structural cage for extra reinforcement for $500, required for units exceeding 4’ wide or 8’ long
Can custom build from 3’x4’ to as large as 8.5’x10’ (Will need to call for price quote)

Shelter Description

Our above ground safe rooms and panic rooms have been impact tested at the Texas Tech Wind and

Science Institute and meet or exceed current FEMA and ICC standards. Our 3’ x 4’ design can hold

up to 4 people, our 4’ x 5’ 8” design (4×6) can hold up to 7 people, while our 4’ x 7’ 8” design (4×8)

can hold up to 10 people.
